Here at The Exchequer we recognise the importance, especially in the times we are in today, of supporting Irish producers. To this end we persistently endeavour to source our produce nationally. Our fish is sustainable and from Irish waters, our meat is from the Irish countryside, our veg and our ice cream is Irish organic and our cheese, air dried meats and bits and pieces are sourced from Irish artisan producers where possible.
Our award winning Head Chef, Lee Doyle, and his team cook every dish to order, with great care and attention to detail, and should you visit us, we would ask for your patience in this regard.
