Here at The Exchequer recognise the importance, especially in the times we are in today, of supporting Irish producers. To this end we persistently endeavour to source our produce nationally. Our fish is sustainable and from Irish waters, our meat is from the Irish countryside, our veg and our ice cream is Irish organic and our cheese and bits and pieces are sourced from Irish artisan producers. Add to this a beautifully designed winelist, a large selection of beers from around the world and a cocktail list brimming with uniqueness and the package is complete.
